Shirley Elizabeth Price, 78, of Paris, passed away Friday, Jan. 23, 2015, at Heritage House of Paris. Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28th, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Mishayla Brewer officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Price, the daughter of Herschel Floyd & Mary Lee Smithson Foster, was born Nov. 15, 1936, in Sherman, TX. During her career she was a secretary and bookkeeper. She and her family lived in San Antonio, Phoenix, AZ and southern California over the years. Shirley was a member of Nile and the Daughters of the Confederacy. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Barbara Ann Foster. Survivors include her children, James Douglas Price of Paris and Debby Gibbons & husband Clyde of Lamar Point, grandchildren, Stephanie Confer, Dakota Mitchell, Mandy Ethridge, Jessica Brown and Natashia Brewer along with ten great grandchildren.
