As a teenager, Peggie modeled for Wanamakers Department Store of Philadelphia which led to additional modeling jobs, including in New York City.
She served as a military wife for 22 years and for the Girl Scouts for 30 years. She lived in many states, traveled and resided overseas while raising six children. After leaving Panama Canal Zone in Central America, she resided in Temple Terrace, Florida until retiring to Palm Bay, Florida.
She was a member of The Episcopal Church of Our Savior in Palm Bay. She enjoyed going to plays, movies, and socializing. She always had a smile on her face.
She is survived by her six children: Jack Hoyle, Kathleen Gant, Leslie Russian (Jake), Valerie Fowler, Andrew Hoyle (Jim), and Steven Hoyle (Tricia); 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at The Episcopal Church of Our Savior in Palm Bay on January 19th, 2019 at 10:00 am.
