Born in Canefield Settlement, Guyana, Laxhmi was the daughter of Nalinie Devi and the late Edward Anghad Raghunandan.
She was a member of Victory Assembly Of God Church. Laxhmi enjoyed event planning, decorating, cruising, and was an excellent chef. She will be remembered for her irresistible personality.
She is survived by her mother, Nalinie Raghunandan; her husband, “Boogie” Balram Persaud; eldest brother, Satyadeva Raghunandan (David); youngest brother, Ananta Raghunandan; two Nephews, Shawn Raghunandan and Michael Raghunandan; and two furbabies, Nash and Leo.
A visitation for Laxhmi will be held Friday, November 12, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Praise Cathedral Church Of God, 840 Hollywood Blvd, Melbourne, Floida 32904. A funeral service will occur Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida 32909
