David "Cubby" Mallett

Cubby was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on September 27, 1975, and moved to Palm Bay, Florida in 1979 with his mother. He graduated from Palm Bay High School in 1993. He worked for a period for Stanley Steamer before taking a job with Great Southeast Carpet Gallery where he worked for twenty plus years. He was a dedicated father, brother, son, and uncle who would always help out when needed.

He leaves behind his mother and father, Lynn and Ed Chiarelli, sister, Nikki Evans, brother-in-law, Steve Evans, two sons, Dillon and Cole Mallett, nephews, Brandon Kane and wife (Malaina), Erik Kane and his fiancé (Heidi), Steven Evans, great nieces and nephew, Railyn, Adalynn and Ronin Kane as well as uncles, aunts and several cousins.

Cub is preceded in death by his Grandmothers, Alice MacGinnis and Lucy Chiarelli, Grandfathers, Donald MacGinnis and Medio Chiarelli and Uncle Donald MacGinnis.

In his earlier years, he played youth soccer and baseball. He also played high school soccer at Palm Bay High School. He coached youth soccer as his kids were growing up. His hobbies included surfing, tinkering with cars, and building speaker cabinets.

At this time there will be no funeral or memorial services.
