Anna was a devoted Army wife and mother, who made a loving home wherever the family was stationed; in Germany, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, France, and California.
Anna was a wonderful, loving and supportive wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a superb cook, baker, seamstress, and knitter. She most enjoyed spending time with her family. Anna was a volunteer for many organizations during her years as an Army wife, she also supported and assisted her late husband, William J. “Bill”, in the many non-profit organizations of which he was a member.
Anna is survived by her four daughters: Ginger Williams, Elaine Burgess (Rick), Debi Page (Jim), and Kate DeSalvo; also by her four grandchildren: Tayler Burgess, Jena Page, William Page, and Thomas Page; and her great-granddaughter, Asher Burgess.
Our family would like to thank the wonderful caregivers and support staff at Del Monte Residential, the VNA & Hospice, and Dr. Alejandro Centurion.
In accordance with Anna’s wishes, the family will hold a private service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Central Coast Veterans Cemetery Capital Campaign, c/o Community Foundation for Monterey County, 2354 Garden Road, Monterey, CA 93940.
