Richard (Dick) Arlen Worner Sr., 85, of Orlando, FL., died on June 9, 2021 in Altamonte Springs with his family by his side. He was born January 10, 1936, at the Martins Ferry Hospital, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, the son of the late Harlan Dwight & Mina Alecia (Easthom) Worner. He worked in the retail grocery business for 53 years, retiring from Kroger and Supervalu. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict. He was a member of the American Legion Post #0242. Dick loved God, Family and friends. He was a member of the CrossLife Church in Oviedo, FL. and a past member and officer of the ThunderTones Barbershop Chorus located in Huntington, WV. Survivors include his wife, Marcella Lou (Taylor) Worner; one son, Richard (Rich) Arlen Worner Jr, daughter-in-law Tonya (Phillips) Worner, two granddaughters, Kiersten Faith and Sadie Katherine Worner of Orlando, FL.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, a Memorial donation may be made to the CrossLife Church in Oviedo, FL. Burial will be at the All Faiths Memorial Park, located in Casselberry, FL.
