Passed away, at the General Hospital on November 1, 2012, at the age of 54. Dear son to the late Roch Léveillé and the late Thérèse Boisvert. Loving father to Teena Léveillé (Jason) and Jean-Yves Beauvais (Christiane). Adored grandfather to Justin Dewar and Loic Beauvais. Dear brother to Yves (Rose), Jean-Pierre (Lise), Maurice (Elaine). He is also survived by a step-son Dominic (Jackie) Beauvais, a sister-in-law Michelle, the mother of his children: Huguette Beauvais, many nephews, nieces and friends. Predeceased by his brother Richard. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp Chapel, 180 Montreal Road, Ottawa.
