Peacefully in Ottawa, with his family by his side, May 21, 2017 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of 59 years to Marlene (nee Choquette). Loving father of Peter (Gillian Briscoe), Val Black, Jamie (Eireann) and predeceased by his daughter Jane (late Tom Myles). Loving grandfather to Alexandra, Vanessa, Brittany, Mandie, Maxwell, Curtis and Avery. Survived by his sister Theresa (late Urbain Daigle). Predeceased by his brothers Leo, Gerry, Lou, Bill, Fred and Henry. Friends and family may pay their respects on Monday May 29, from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. at McEvoy-Shields 1411 Hunt Club Road.
