Passed away on May 21, 2019 at the age of 70. She was the daughter of the late George Moffatt and the late Agnes Orton. Beloved wife of Jean Payer. Gail is survived by her son Richard Payer. She leaves in mourning her brother Keith and her sister Betty as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. She is predeceased by her brothers Earl, Donny and George Junior. Special thanks to the Gatineau Hospital, Betty, Bruce, Beverly, Lyn, Nimet and Jodi. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cancer Society.
The family will receive family and friends at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal Road, Ottawa, on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 1 pm, followed by a Memorial Service at 2 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.
