Earl was predeceased by his loving wife Verna (nee Blackwood), daughter Tracy and his son, Barry.
He leaves behind his sons, Dale (Nicole) and Darrin (Rosemarie). He will also be missed by his grandchildren, Brittany, Chad and Tiana.
He will be sadly missed by extended family, friends and his church community.
Earl will now be fixing everything he can up in heaven.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 12 from 9:00 am to 10:45 am at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa, ON. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am at Jubilee Apostolic United Pentecostal Church, 3662 Albion Road S, Ottawa, ON. Immediately following the funeral service, a graveside service will be held in the chapel at Hope Cemetery, 4660 Bank Street, Ottawa, ON.
