Adored son of Ed Fortman and Lorraine Gallant. They cherished him with every fiber of their being. Damien will be forever loved by his brothers Dominick, Dante and Horatio. He is the cherished grandson of Robert Fortman, Debra McIntosh Hameluck, Chris Hameluck, the late Shirley Fortman and Henry Gallant. He will be fondly remembered by his great-grandma Gloria Greer, his aunties, uncles and cousins.
Damien was a sweet, passionate and creative boy.
The family will receive relatives and friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa, ON (at Albion Road), on Sunday, November 6, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm followed by a funeral service in the chapel.
