Peacefully at the Whitby Shores Centre on Sunday, October 28th, 2012, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Beatrice (Gale) for 65 years. Dear father of Bob Sheridan and his wife Margaret and Linda Sheridan. Loving Grandpa of Christie, Kimberley, Mark, Matthew, David and Sarah Ann. Great Grandpa of Megan, Kara, Samantha, Emily and McKenzie. Brother of the late Mervin and Ross McLean, and Velma Arkley. Bill will be lovingly remembered by his extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Saturday, November 3rd from 12:00 noon until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment Thornton Cemetery. Memorial donations to Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health - Seniors Dementia Unit would be appreciated.
