Devoted and loving Dad to Erica (Mike), incredible Grandad to Brayden, Connor, Maya and Mason, and cherished little brother to Lynn (Judy) and Jim (Mary). Predeceased by his mother and father, Joyce and Leonard. He is lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
To know him was to love him as witnessed by the many lasting friendships made throughout his life. Most importantly, his acts of kindness have touched many lives. He loved unconditionally and was the fierce protector of those he loved.
Known for his kind heart, gracious charm and strength. He was loving, true and trustworthy. He was always ready and willing to listen, was curious and asked questions, and helped whenever needed. He was a person who was open-minded to all opinions and never showed bias towards anyone.
His family was very lucky to be able to spend his remaining time together. He wants to be remembered through a celebration of his life, with fun stories, pictures, and lots of laughter.
The family appreciates all of your prayers and kind words during this difficult time.
