Passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 30th at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Predeceased by cherished wife Dolores. Jack will be fondly remembered by his children Rick, Rob, Wendy and Sharon. “Pop” to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Loved by his brother Bob and his family, as well as his extended family. The family sends heartfelt thanks to the staff at Oshawa Extendicare. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, December 2nd at 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 12:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Society of Canada.
