With heavy hearts the family of Donald James Hardy announces his peaceful passing on Sunday, November 20th, 2022 at Glen Hill Strathaven, Bowmanville, with family and staff at his bedside. In his 93rd year, Donald was predeceased by his wife Irma of 59 years. Devoted father of Kathryn (Joachim) and loving grandfather of Luke. Dear brother of Jean. Don was predeceased by his sister Myrtle and brothers Ronald, James and Gordon. He is fondly remembered by family and friends. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the dedicated and loving staff of Strathaven and the friends he made at the home. Due to an upswing in virus activity, a private service and interment was held at Bowmanville Cemetery.
