Marcia Lynn Simon, 60, of Ormond Beach, passed away October 9, 2013. Marcia was born on March 3, 1953 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of William and Agnes (Leahy) Jackson and has been a resident of Ormond Beach for the past 5 years. A person who lived for everyone else, Marcia will be remembered for her love of the beach, and her extensive collection of Boyd’s Bears. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Her husband Richard, son Michael and brothers Ronald and Donald Jackson predeceased her. Left to cherish her memory is her son Jeffrey Simon, St. Charles, MO., grandchildren, Heather, Morgan and Michael Simon, brother, Gary Jackson, Michigan, her companion Steve Kauph. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday 11:00am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church 1014 N. Halifax Ave. Daytona Beach.
