JaVaughn "Vonnie" D. Sparks

JaVaughn was born to Donald E. Sparks and Jacqueline D. Sparks on March 30,1988, in Engelwood, New Jersey.

JaVaughn attended Palm Terrace Elementary school, Campbell Middle School, attended Mainland High School briefly and graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School in May of 2007.

JaVaughn started working at the age of 17 years old at Perkins Family Restaurant in Palm Coast, FL., and continuously worked throughout his life with his final employment being at Emory L. Bennett State Veterans Nursing Home.

JaVaughn had a passion for sneakers, clothing and music. He was an avid fan of Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls among a host of other musical artists. He loved taking family vacations and going on cruises. JaVaughn loved life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. JaVaughn had such an infectious smile that would light up the world. JaVaughn we loved you your whole life and we will love and miss you the rest of our lives. JaVaughn is predeceased by his grandmother Doris Jean Haynes; left to cherish JaVaughn's memories are his parents Donald E. Sparks and Jacqueline D Sparks, brothers Donald E Sparks Jr., Joel J. Sparks, nephew Donald E. Sparks III, along with a host of family and friends and Kaira Oates, the love of his life.

A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at 1:00 pm at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home 548 North Nova Rd., Ormond Beach, FL 32174. (386) 673-5373.
