Elsie M Stahlin, 92, Ormond Beach, died Wednesday, March 18, 2015. Born in Syracuse, New York, January 13, 1923. A retired secretary for 25 years with General Electric. She was a member of Eastern Star, GE Wives, Daytona Beach Boat Club, TOPS, YaYa Red Hats and enjoyed playing Bingo. She is predeceased by her brother Robert Fry and step-daughter Lynn Kelly (Ken) and survived by her husband of 46 years, Walter P Stahlin, daughter Carol Sorensen (David), step-children James Stahlin (Pam), Barry Stahlin, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and sister-in-law Pat Wakefield. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Vitas Innovative Hospice of Volusia County or Alzheimers Association. A special thanks to the staff at Sarah House II ALF, Ormond Beach for their loving care during her time of need. Memorial service will be Tuesday, March 24th at 11:00 A.M. at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, 550 North Nova Road, Ormond Beach, Florida.
