She has now joined her father, Donald Scott Featherstone and her mother, Teresa Deffenbaugh Featherstone, in their heavenly home. She is survived by brothers Jeremy Reddish and Sean Featherstone; sister Alicia (Brendan) St. Gelais; nephew Dylan Reddish; niece Kylie Reddish; grandmothers Agnes Hasentufel and Joan Featherstone; and grandfather, Jerry Deffenbaugh. Elizabeth also leaves behind her aunts Susie Sullivan, Sandra Porter, Carol Featherstone and her Aunt Donna Kay who was her guardian after her parents passed away. She is also survived by her uncles and cousins that all adored her.
Elizabeth was truly an angel on earth. Her contagious smile and unique laughter will be greatly missed. We take great comfort in knowing Elizabeth is now truly free and finally doing all of the things she could not do on this earthly plain: singing, dancing, running, and riding horses. She is now in the presence of Jesus, hand-in-hand with her mommy and daddy.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to either Cerebral Palsy International Research Foundation or the Special Olympics.
