Chuck Robison

Charles (Chuck) W. Robison, 94, born in Bellevue, PA, died on June 16, 2014 in Wauwatosa, WI. During his service as a “Hump Pilot” in WWII, he married the love of his life, Joan (Jody) Poellot and they shared 47 years together. His work following his discharge from the service lead him to a career with St. Regis Paper Co., and finally Stone Container Corp. in Chicago. A gardener and golfer, Chuck retired to Ormond Beach, Florida where he treasured his many friends. He was pre-deceased by his wife Jody, parents Herbert and Olga Robison and his brother Herbert Robison. He is survived by his three sons, Cj Robinson, Thomas Robison and William Robison. He will also be missed by his three grandchildren, Justin, Jonah and Ellen, and two great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Volusia Memorial Chapel, 548 N. Nova Rd., Ormond Beach. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2014 beginning at 1 pm until time of service at 2 pm.
