He was born on APRIL 03, 1930 at Xương Điền, Bùi Chu Vietnam.
Entered the Kingdom of God at 8am on May 9, 2024 at Orlando, Florida.
HE HAD LIVED 94 GOLDEN YEARS
TOAN is survived by his wife, Tam Nguyen; his 9 children, Tai, Thuy, Tung, Thi, Thoa, Kim-Tuyen, Thanh-Tuyen, Thinh and Thu Pham; 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
