Captain Michael John Laine, 61, of Titusville, Florida, clipped his Wings April 5, 2023 to be with his Lord and Savior. He was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is survived by his wife, Sharon and his daughter, Ashley Laine Martine of West Virginia.
He is preceded in death by his father, Alfred J Laine and mother Mary DiStefano Laine of New Orleans, Louisiana.
Michael was loved and admired by all. During his more than 22 years with Flight Safety, Michael has worked in many different programs, centers, and roles including time spent in Wichita, Columbus, and Orlando.
Michael received his bachelor of science in professional aviation at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana, his master of theology at, Crossland Christian University, Orlando, Florida, and his doctorate of theology at Crossland Christian University, Orlando, Florida.
A Gathering for friends and family will be held Tuesday, May 2nd from 11 AM to 2 PM and the Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM at Baldwin Fairchild Conway Chapel, 1413 South Semoran Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32807.
