A graduate of a university in Cuba, Pancho began his career as a fingerprint analyst and expert. He later rediscovered his passion for baking and changed career paths, opening his own bakery after he moved to the United States. He was a wonderful baker, but it was his panetela and quesitos that he was best known for.
Pancho was a man who loved to make people laugh. He was always up for a good time, and he had a way of making everyone feel welcome. He also had a giving spirit and took every opportunity to help anyone in need. His passion for helping others, especially those who were trying to make their way to the United States from Cuba, was truly inspiring. He was a generous man who made a difference in the lives of many people.
