She was born on August 26, 1987 in Orlando to Gene and Lelia Phillips.
Affectionately known as Brandi Girl, her number one priority was taking care of her dad. She was a giving, happy and uplifting person who loved her friends, and going out to eat.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Lelia Southard Phillips.
Survivors include her dad, Gene Thomas Phillips (Angela Youngs); uncle, Todd Phillips; cousins, Josh Ingram, Holly Lange-Hall, and Shawta Edwards; family friends, Kris Youngs and Joshua Brown, many friends and her pitbull Draco.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home-Conway with celebration of life service starting at 2 pm. The family will host a reception from 3-5 pm following the service.
