Albert "Al" Bass, 93, passed away December 11, 2016. Al was born in Hawkinsville, GA, and a longtime resident of Orlando. He served in the US Navy in WWII and the US Army during the Korean War. He is preceded in death by two wives, Frances M. Bass and Ouida G. Bass. He is survived by two sons, Bill (Martha), of Lenoir City, TN, and Bob; grandchildren: Barbara Pinel (John), Mike, Kevin (Courtney), and Sam (Allison); great-grandchildren: Zachary Pinel, Joseph Pinel, and Samantha Bass; stepson, Bob Brown; and his best friend, Doris Van Horn, all of Orlando.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 15, at 11am at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 301 NE Ivanhoe Blvd., Orlando. FL 32804.
