Herbert Lee Green

Herbert Lee Green, 88, passed away on September 7, 2019 in Orange Park, FL. He was born in Jacksonville, FL and served in the US Army during the Korean War. Mr. Green retired from the Clay County Court House in the Finance Department. He enjoyed spending time with his family, quilting and traveling throughout the United States. Herbert is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Betty Jo Green; son, William Joseph Green; 2 daughters: Edna (Mark) Leigh Gardner and Alice Marie Johnson; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends 4-6 PM on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 and funeral services will be held 10 AM Thursday, September 12, 2019 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS RIVERMEAD FUNERAL HOME, 127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL with Pastor David Tarkington officiating.
