Charles "Chuck" Scott Schroyer, Jr.

He was born in Baxter, Iowa to the late Charles Scott Schroyer Sr. and Betty Maxine Schroyer.

Chuck is survived by his loving wife of 18 years Nancy Schroyer; sons, Scott Schroyer (Heidi), Michael Schroyer (Mim), and Chuck Schroyer; Daughters, Charlene Liberty (Jen Harris), and Melanie Koehler (Bob); sisters, B'Ann Smith, and Terry Barthuli; 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Chuck proudly served in the United States Navy as a journalist for 20 years before retiring and then he enjoyed a second career in banking. He took pride in his yard work, traveling to see his family, playing golf, and reading. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service for Charles will be held Friday, February 24, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Advent Lutheran Church, 2156 Loch Rane Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the American Cancer society and American Heart Association.
