She was born in Runge, TX on November 10, 1950 and was the daughter to the late Louis and Cecilia (Linhart) Mueller. She was a graduate from Texas A&I located in Kingsville, TX. She retired from Atkinson Home Healthcare after 30 years as a Medical Billing Specialist. Prior to working, she stayed home to raise her children.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She loved playing volleyball and softball, gardening, reading, board games/puzzles and any outside activities. She was independent, strong willed, competitive and always kept a positive attitude even when faced with stage 4 cancer.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Alan; her children, Melissa (JE) Padgett and Bradley (Michelle) Beck; her grandchildren, Hunter, Colton and Aubrey Padgett and Lauren and Lydia Beck; her brother, Donnie Mueller and many cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Laura Beck.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday July 11, 2020 at 2pm at Hardage Giddens Rivermead Chapel, 127 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, Fl. 32073, followed by a funeral service at 4pm. Interment will be at the Jacksonville National Cemetery in a private ceremony.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you donate to Haven Hospice and/or St Jude.
