Orange City, FL age 85 died on November 2, 2016. Jim was born February 5, 1931 in Shelton, CT the son of the late William and Catherine Hannon Sheahan. Jim served in the Navy during Korea; he was a former Priest at Holy Cross Fathers until 1971. He worked for the V.A. Hospital as a social worker. Jim loved golf and the New England Sports Teams. He is survived by his daughters, Kim Lewis of NC and Becky Guyet of Key West; 4 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and nephews, great grandnieces and nephews; former wife Carole Dunton. Jim was predeceased by all of his siblings, Dorothy Clifford, William Sheahan, Edward Sheahan, Thomas Sheahan, and Robert Sheahan.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday Dec. 6, 10 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 50 Fairmont Place, Shelton, CT 06484. Arrangements entrusted to Deltona Memorial Funeral Home.
