It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Jane Cogswell Works of Phelan, California. Jane entered into rest at the age of 92 on Sunday, September 3, 2023. Jane was born in New York on June 6, 1931. Jane continued her education and received her bachelor degree. For over 30 years Jane had a career of being a teacher.
