Alan Kamermayer Sr.

Alan Arthur Kamermayer Sr, 85 of Upland CA, passed away October 26th 2013 at home with family. Born in Long Island, NY, he was an Ontario/Upland resident for 59 years. An Insurance Broker /Agent for 50 years, Alan was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and a generous, kind friend to all who knew him. He was a member of the Community Baptist Church in Alta Loma. Among his favorite past times was dancing, bowling, golfing and spending time with family and friends. Proceeded in death by his wife of 56 years, Edythe Kamermayer. He is survived by his companion, Corky Autry of Upland, daughter and son-in-law Susan and Richard Penny of Alta Loma, son and daughter-in-law Alan and Gillian Kamermayer Jr. of Rancho Cucamonga, grand children Michael Thompson of Alta Loma, Scott (Teresa) Thompson of Henderson, NV, Melissa Duffey of Alta Loma, Richard (Cyndi) Penny Jr. of Alta Loma, Timothy Kamermayer of Sacramento, Christopher Kamermayer of Fontana. Great grandchildren Kohl Thompson, Hunter Thompson of Alta Loma, CA, Jake and Makenna Thompson of Henderson NV, Logan Duffey , Abigail Duffey and Ricky Penny all of Alta Loma, CA. Visitation will be held November 2, 2013 at Draper Mortuary from 11 am to 2 pm. Funeral services will be held on November 4, 2013-9:00am at Community Baptist Church, 19th and Beryl, Alta Loma, CA. Entombment will be at Bellevue Mausoleum, Ontario, CA. Draper Mortuary is assisting the family.
