Born to Howard and Ida Royer on 5/12/1930 of Woodbine, Ia where she grew up on the family farm.
She was very proud of her many years of handling cosmetic sales for JC Penney at Westroads, and was the second longest volunteer ever at the Methodist hospital.
She is preceded in death by husband, James E. Teale, sisters Leone Williams, Lanoir Pedersen, Ula Gardner, and brother Joseph Royer.
She is survived by nieces Judith Williams Mitichansky, Anne Gardner Ruch, and nephews John Gardner, Paul Gardner, David Royer, Jeffrey Royer, James Williams, and Victor Pedersen.
She also leaves behind many faithful friends from her Westroads walking group and the Methodist Hospital gift shop.

A visitation for Wanda will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center St, Omaha, Nebraska 68106. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 11:30 AM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park, 5701 Center St, Omaha, Nebraska 68106.
