She was born November 27, 1945 in Sioux Falls, SD to Raymond and Bernice Reed. She was blessed with 4 brothers and 4 sisters.
Patsy was proceeded in death by her husband Kenneth, daughter Penny, parents, siblings and many other family and friends.
Patsy is survived by her children Bobbie Jo Fugett, Raymond (Becky) Tackitt and Natalie Whipple; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Patsy’s family was everything to her. She had a huge heart and always put everyone before herself. Patsy’s strength and independence made her someone you could always count on. Besides her family she loved animals. Sharing that affection with her grand and great-grand dogs and cats.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
