He was preceded in death by his parents, Bud and Lois Alspach; his brothers, Tim and Terry Alspach; and son, Quentin Alspach. He is survived by his loving wife, Betty; his children, Brad (Krissy), Larry (Andrea), Sirena (Samantha), and Josh (Courtney); many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends in and out of recovery.

A memorial visitation for Michael will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center St, Omaha, Nebraska 68106. A celebration of life will occur Sunday, February 20, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Celebration Covenant Church, 16868 Giles Rd, Omaha, Nebraska 68136.
