Melanie Karre, age 70, of Omaha went to be with the Lord Sunday March 24, 2019. Melanie was born June 23, 1948 to Gerald and Francis Campbell. Melanie is preceded in death by her loving husband, Gary Karre; parents, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Cal Karre (Ina). Melanie is survived by her loving children, Brian Karre, and LeAnna Carmichael (Jason); brother, Tom Campbell (Chris); sister, Sue Stinson (Chris); sister-in-law, Carolyn Smith (Ward); brother-in-law Lyle Karre (Charlotte); grandchildren, Chloe, Phoebe; many other relatives and friends.
A visitation will occur Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Faith Presbyterian Church, 8100 Giles Rd., LaVista, Nebraska 68128. A funeral service will occur Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Faith Presbyterian Church, 8100 Giles Rd., LaVista, Nebraska 68128. In lieu of flowers the family wishes Memorials to Faith Presbyterian Church.
