Linda was born in England, while family was stationed there living a military life. Linda’s family traveled the world from England to Hawaii, Italy and back to the states. Bellevue was always considered home.
A strong family connection between the Funk and Lackney families began while the families lived in Capehart. This is where she met her bestie, Dina, and they continued with their love/hate relationship.
She was a part of the first graduating class at Bellevue West in 1978.
Linda met Ron Zeeb and they were married for 20 years, during this time her journey took her to Arkansas for a few years and then back to Bellevue.
Her cousin Chriss Frantz appropriately gave her the nickname “Loopy” and it stuck all these years.
Linda was a loving dog mom to her furry kids over the years. Penny, Shamu, Benji, Angus, Oscar and Lady Bug had the privilege to be spoiled by her.
Her beaming smile and distinctive laugh will live on in our memories.
Linda lived Life to the fullest, Loved deeply and Laughed out Loud.
