Survived by wife, Joy; son, Jeff (Kathy) Schmitz; daughter, Elizabeth (Kurt) Yanike; and grandchildren, Ben, Katie, Sam, Lauren, and Jessica. Conrad was a retired Lutheran pastor and Missionary in Argentina, serving for 34 years in the ELCA.
