Dwain was born on July 5th 1952 to James Hartwell O’Quinn and Jackie Gamble O’Quinn in Alma, Georgia. Dwain graduated from Paxon High School in Jacksonville, Florida in 1970.
After graduation, Dwain worked in the intermodal transportation industry for a total of 50 years.
In 1993, Dwain met Tracy while they both worked at Transus Intermodal in Jacksonville and married November 4, 1994. Dwain and Tracy had a lovely family of three children, Spring O’Quinn, Josh O’Quinn and Alexandra Bolen.
Dwain loved his wife and children and he loved his family so much. He loved Jesus and made sure the people that knew him, knew it. He was so grateful for the friends he had made, he loved and appreciated them all. He was an avid sports fan. He loved to travel-and whether it was a short trip or a long one it made no difference to him. He enjoyed many trips with friends and family- He only wished that he could have taken a few more!
Dwain was predeceased by his father James Hartwell O’Quinn. He is survived by his mother Jackie O’Quinn, his brothers and sisters Lindell O’Quinn (Sharon), Ray O’Quinn (Phyllis), Wanda Gibson, Ronnie O’Quinn, and Marcia Turner (Wes).
