BRADLEY—Thomas J. Ouellette, 75, died June 1, 2019 at a Bangor hospital. He was born October 26, 1943 in Old Town a son of Maurice J. and Meledore M. (Brillant) Ouellette.
Tom worked at his father’s company, Penobscot Finishing, for many years then he was employed for many years at the Old Town paper mill. He enjoyed time spent at camp on Great Works Stream, hunting and fishing, and spending time with his beloved four legged companion Heidi.
He is survived by three children Lisa Curtis; Charles “Chucky” Yaichner, and Lynn Yaichner and her partner Christopher Legros; three grandchildren Melanie Whitmore, Rachel Curtis, and Sam Woodman; four great grandchildren Noah and Abigail Hamel, and Bradon and Chloe Woodman; brother Michael Ouellette and his wife Kathy; sisters Theresa Reynolds, Barbara Ouellette, and Deborah Small and her husband David.
He was predeceased by his wife Theresa; son-in-law Rick Curtis; brothers-in-law Alan Reynolds and Jean Ouellette.
The family would like to thank the staff at the sixth floor Cardiac Unit for the exemplary care and respect they showed Tom in his final days.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am Friday June 14, 2019 at Parish of the Resurrection, Holy Family Church, Old Town. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery. A luncheon will follow in the Parish Hall.
