Bonnie was born on September 16, 1942, the daughter of Walter and Edith Kessell and sister to John Kessell of Nevada. Bonnie attended Valley Regional High School and graduated in 1960. She was employed for twenty years as a Clerk for the Old Saybrook Post Office.
Bonnie is survived by her loving husband John, daughters Dawn Sheridan, Susan Weglein, and Carrie Bergantino, son James MacKay, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Those who knew Bonnie, knew she loved her cats. In lieu of flowers we ask that a donation be made in her name to Forgotten Felines.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 at Swan Funeral Home, 1224 Boston Post Rd., Old Saybrook, CT. There will be a visiting hour from 5-6pm, followed by the service.
