John Robert Chapman, age 76, of Lebanon, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021. John was born November 11, 1945.
Survived by wife of 29 years Brenda Chapman. Daughter Robbie Chapman. Son John Todd Chapman. Step son Chris (Melanie) West. Sister Lesa Fletcher. Brother Jerry Brown. Nephew Justin Latimer. Niece Leslie Alverson. Six grandchildren and four Great Grandchildren.
Visitation from 7 pm to 9 pm on Wednesday and from 11 am till service on Thursday at Hermitage Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life will be held 12 pm Thursday at Hermitage Funeral Home with Shane Hessey officiating. Entombment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
