Jeffrey passed peacefully at home with his loving husband by his side. He had a long successful career in insurance.
Preceded in death by his mother Alice Mildred Bryant.
Survived by his husband of 31 years David Vaughan. Nephew Jaren (Tonia) Breece. Great nieces and nephews Anna, Eryn and Elias Breece. Niece Kristie (John) Plotzer. Great nieces and nephews Issac Wutzke, Ethan Wutzke, Aaron Wutzke, Alice and Ivey Plotzer. Father and stepmother Carl and Ann Bryant. Lifelong friend Nikki Wyatt.
Visitation Monday from 12pm to 2pm at Hermitage Funeral Home. Celebration of life will be held 2 pm Monday at Hermitage Funeral Home Interment to follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. .
