Survived by his wife, Bonnie Smith Fitzgerald; children, Tanya Fitzgerald and Earl Fitzgerald IV "Dooner" (Tiffany); grandchildren, Kimberlin and Tyler Johnson, Savannah Fitzgerald, Earl Fitzgerald V "DJ", Little Tiffany Hagewood, Courtnie Johnson, Alyssa Fidler and Lilli Wadley; sisters, Judy Hooberry (Ben) and Brenda Spain (Dale); 1 niece; 6 nephews; 11 great nephews; 5 great nieces: 5 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10 am Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at the Hermitage Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Ferguson and Bro. Gary Donahoe officiating. Burial will follow in the Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
Visitation with the family will be held Monday from 4 pm until 8 pm and Tuesday from 10 am until 8 pm and 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
