GROSS, Billy R., age 82 of Old Hickory, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012. Preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Gross. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Eva J. Gross; daughter, Susan Kimbro; son, Timothy (Betty) Gross; daughter-in-law, Rose Gross; grandchildren, Kaden Gross, Vickie Anderson and Debbie Shaffer; great granddaughter, Kerri Standridge; great great-grandson, Kolton Standridge. Billy was a member of Old Hickory Church Of The Nazarene and the Old Hickory Bunch. He was also known as “The largest contractor in Nashville”. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 17, 2012 in Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Blackman officiating. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday and Noon – 2 p.m. Monday.
