Robert and Jeffrey, I worked at State Farm in Donelson. Barbara and I talked many, many times. She was so much fun to talk to, we shared a lot of laughs. I am so very sorry for your loss. Prayers for your family.

Nana... I am lost for words. The person I never imagined my life without even if we weren't speaking,has left me. I will never get to hear that wheezy laugh u have except for in my memories. I wish I could give u a pedicure one last time before they finally lay you to rest. That was our thing huh. Every time I pop my nuckles I'll think about you telling me that I will never play the piano if I don't stop lol. Nana I never knew how many things I do that are u until it was to late to call u and laugh about it. I think about u all the time and never realized I did until I didnt have u anymore. You were the glue that pulled this family together when we were younger. All the Christmases we had there and uncle Jeff throwing snowballs at us girls,u and mom cooking, me eating all the nuts and bolts. Nana the nights we stayed up talking about things only we talked about. Nana thank u for taking me in when I needed someone the most. Nana I always felt unwanted and out of place, but u and my Hog always made me feel speciel. I felt like #1 with u and I thank u for that. I am so sorry that ii disappointed you and wasn't what I should of been in life. I'm sorry that I didnt call u on our birthday Nana I never imagined that it would be the last one that we shared, but I love the fact that we were special enough to be born on the same day, that's pretty special. We were so special to momma she even gave us the same middle name which I gave to my daughter.  Anytime I see wrinkles I will always think of u and the crazy things u ironed, I will not mention them cause u wouldnt like it we always laughed about it but yes its its personal.I miss u, miss u so bad.I hope u can hear me when I speak to u, I've been talking and yelling at u a lot these last few days.  I didnt get to kiss u goodbye on the head the way I use to. Nana the day u slipped away was the day I knew it wouldn't be same. I keep asking why this had to happen but I know that u are finally at peace. Mom is having a hard time, she loves u so much, Nana i never wanna lose her then I'll have no rock at all both of u will have left me. Nana I will notbe there tomorrow to lay u to rest and I am so sorry. I cannot imagine not being there but I can't get to u. I don't wanna disappoint u anymore I love u Nana and I wanna be there to say goodbye, but God seems to think I shouldn't. We will talk everyday I promise, heck were the talkers of the family :). Hog misses u like crazy, u were his world. There is so much I could keep saying to u but this whole book would be filled. Got to think of others. Nana u are my light at the end of this dark path I'm walking and I see it shinning. Please watch over them great-grand babies they need a little bit of Barbara in there life. Until I see u again I will carry u with me and miss u till it don't hurt. I love u my Nana fly high sweet angel. Gone but never forgotten.

Momma, I am devastated by your sudden passing. My heart is shattered with grief and pain. You were loved by so many. You made such an impact on my life and your grandchildren. Jake and Mitch loved their "Nana". Every exciting event that happened in their life they could not wait to tell Nana. Like they both said you were their number one fan. I could never find the words to thank you for taking care of my babies the way you did. Like you always said no one loved them like you did. Don't worry I will make sure Robert and Lorri are taken care of. Rest easy Momma, your work is done. I will take it from here!!    I love you from the bottom of my broken heart !!!

Momma, I am devastated by you leaving us. I knew you were not well. My heart is broken into pieces. You were my whole world and I'm not sure how to go on without you, but I have to and I will take care of the family. Don't worry about Robert, Lorri and I will take good care of him. You were the best mom and Nana to all of us. I am so glad you are comfortable again. I will always, always love you and I will never let you down.
