Patricia Anne Hood

Patricia A. Hood passed away from her battle with cancer on April 27, 2021. She is loved and remembered by her daughters, Kaitlyn and Rebecca. She is proceeded in death by her husband, Dr. Roger Hood. Patricia was born in Harrisburg, Illinois in 1948 to Floyd and Bernideen Teply.

She and Roger lived in Oregon, Germany, Massachusetts and New York before moving to Kansas City to raise their girls. Patricia enjoyed cooking, gardening and reading, but her favorite role was being a mom. From swimming parties and sewing matching outfits when they were young, to tailgating at football games and traveling with her daughters recently- she was not just the best, but the very best mom anyone could ever hope for.

A private service will be held for family.
