Ruby Marie Mills

Ruby Marie Mills, 84, passed away on October 26, 2019 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Born November 29, 1934 in Cordell, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of William Taylor Minson and Ruby Alpha (McClure) Minson. Ruby worked for many years for Candid Color specializing in Glamour Shots photo retouching. She was an avid gardener growing both flowers and vegetables. One of her favorite things in life was drinking morning coffee outside watching her beloved birds and hummingbirds at her feeders. Preceding her in death were her parents, William and Ruby Minson; her husband, Cecil Mills; one daughter-in-law, Carol Mills; and several siblings. Survivors include five sons, Mark and his wife Barbara Ann Mills of McLoud, Oklahoma; Stanley and his wife Sherry Mills of Newalla, Oklahoma; Gary Mills of McLoud, Oklahoma; Darrel and his wife Donna Mills of Midwest City, Oklahoma; and David Mills of Shawnee, Oklahoma; 8 grandchildren, Shannon; David Bryan; Amanda; William; Ginger; Samantha; Chelsie; and Jerricca; 15 great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Rudy Minson of Louisiana; and Merle Minson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 1 sister, May Barton of Choctaw, Oklahoma; and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, OK 73141 with Elder Mike Minson officiating.
