Randy Lee Turner, 62 year-old resident of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away January 20, 2017 at his home. Born December 31, 1954 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, he was the son of Clarence Alvin Turner and Dorothy Zane (Brooks) Turner. Randy worked as a waterline repair and maintenance person for municipalities. He loved hunting, especially for squirrels, fishing, watching western movies, especially John Wayne, and reading Louis L’Amour western novels. Randy was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Alvin Turner. Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Wood of Guthrie, Oklahoma; 2 daughters, Shantasy Turner and Savannah Turner, both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 3 brothers, Wayne and his wife Brenda Turner of Guthrie, Oklahoma; Martin Turner of Guthrie, Oklahoma; and Levi and his wife Abby Wood of Ft. Worth, Texas; 1 sister, Rebecca Bransom of Ft. Worth, Texas; and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, OK 73141.
