Martha Ann Higdon

Martha Ann Higdon, age 73, passed on October 23, 2021 at Integris Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born in Okarche, OK on June 8, 1948. She was the daughter of Lawrence and Petranella Higdon. Martha attended Sacred Heart Catholic School.

Martha adored and cherished her family deeply. She loved spending as much time with them as possible, especially with her grandchildren.

Martha will always be remembered for her faith in God, love for teaching children about God, reading and volunteering for after church programs for children. She enjoyed reading her bible, writing to family and friends, sewing and crafts, working in her flowerbeds, bird watching and the seasonal changes of trees.

Martha is survived by her daughter Andrea Hill and spouse Jim, daughter Terra Navarro and spouse Gil, ten special grandchildren: Garrett, Kade, Devon, Tegan, Dawson, Derek, Dave, Tiffany, Blake and Declan, and her brother John Higdon.

Martha will be missed by anyone who was touched by her kindness. Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 11 a.m. at St. James the Greater Catholic Church, 4201 S McKinley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73109.
