JoAnn lived in Stillwater, Enid, and OKC prior to moving to Forth Worth, TX where Dan Lacy was a bank president. In January 1955 they returned to OKC where Dan joined with his father L. D. Lacy founder of Central and Friendly National Banks. She graduated from John Marshall High School where she met and married her husband of 57 years Jack H Graham.
Before settling in Surrey Hills in 1971, JoAnn and Jack moved 24 times following the missile and space industry.
JoAnn worked for H&R Block for 30 years. She was an active member of PEO, Colonial Dames, DAR, DAC, National Society Magna Charta Dames, First Families of Oklahoma, Young Men’s Club Clubetts, Surrey Hills Lions Club, and Western Oaks Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Jack H Graham, her daughter, Cindy Bobo and husband James of Midland, TX, her son Darrell William Graham of Washington DC, and daughter Karen Seaman and husband Claude of Edmond. Grandchildren: Joshua and Gaudencia Bobo, Sarah and David Curtis, Charlie and Danielle Seaman, Laura Seaman, and Katie Seaman, five great-grandchildren, brother Dan Lacy III and wife Caren of Colorado, sister Sherry Lawson and husband Russell of OKC, and brother Bill Lacy of Florida.
